The event&#039;s live blogger was Kirsty McGill - and I agree, she did a great job. Her details have been posted on the IWMW 2009 blog - see http://iwmw2009.wordpress.com/2009/07/22/introduction-kirsty-mcgill/

Note the event has been running since 1997. For a number of year&#039;s we have used IWMWyyyy as the tag for use in services such as Flickr. Only in more recent years has the limited space available in Twitter been a constraint. We kept the format for consistency with previous year&#039;s but we&#039;ll rethink this for next year.

We&#039;ll also try to ensure that we receive information about network access in the halls and make this available in advance on our Web site.
